Do you require a deposit and is it refundable if I have to cancel the event?

A.

Yes. We require a 50% deposit to reserve the date and time with the balance due the day of the event. Cancellation of service must be made 14 days before the event for a full refund. If cancellation occurs 13 days or sooner to the event, the deposit becomes non-refundable and shall serve as a cancellation fee.

Do I have the option of having glassware at my event?

Yes. If you have glassware that you would like to provide, we will gladly serve your drinks in them.

What’s an acceptable form of payment?

We accept, cash or card.

Can I hire you for a event smaller than 60 people?

A.

Yes, but our minimum package rate will apply.

Our event starts at 5:00 but we don’t need the espresso bar until 6:00. Can you set up at 4:00 before the guests arrive?

A.

Yes we can. However, there will be an additional charge of $60 an hour per barista scheduled for your event. Our rate includes the one hour set-up time before the start time. Same goes for break down. If our barista is done serving at 8:00 but can't teardown until 9:00, we have to pay for that additional hour by charging you an additional $60 per barista.

What is your travel radius?

Our service radius is 50 miles. Additional miles start at $50.
